James (sometimes Jimmy) McGill is a technology leader, coach, team builder and maker raised in Australia and based in NYC. As VP of Engineering at Code Climate he’s applying over a decade of experience as a technologist and leader to building tools to help Engineering teams acheieve everything they are capable of. Prior to Code Climate, Jimmy served as the VP of Engineering at Button and as Engineering leader at Google. As a individual creative, James combines his experience as a Fine woodworker, engineer and roboticist to build unique objects.
